The Music Festival was very nerve racking.
ONCE WE HAD FINISHED WE GOT A CERTIFICATE WITH A STICKER WHICH SAID GOOD ON IT.
The other choirs were very good so we did not win but we enjoyed it.

Last week was Health Week at Culter School. We took part in lots of fun activities. We had a drama workshop about bullying, a visit from PC Morrans, a road safety talk and extra time in the sports centre! We also tried to eat healthily every day.
We’ve had a super first week back at school and are looking forward to all of the exciting things we have planned for our last term in primary 4.
We had our first swimming session on Wednesday and can’t wait for next week!
Check out our new Sport Relief page to find out about events happening at Culter School next week.
This is also where we will post photos of the events.
Today we did our assembly to the primary 4-7 classes. We all really enjoyed it although some of us were really nervous!!
We showed everyone the shoebox theatres we had made and put our movies up on the big screen in the hall. Everyone really enjoyed seeing what we had been up to and we got lots of lovely compliments.
* The movies are now on the
Ancient Egyptian page.
Happy viewing! *
We are currently enjoying a Scottish week at school.
We had a visit from Sheena Blackhall on Monday. We listened to some of her poetry and sang some great songs. We also had a ceilidh in the afternoon where we showed off our Canadian Barn Dance to the primary 6 and 7 classes!
On Tuesday, we met Sean Gordon. He told us lots of stories about Scotland. Wednesday was Tartan Day. Most of us came to school wearing something tartan. Also, the local pipe band visited school on Wednesday and we went to listen to them play in the hall.
We are currently learning some super poems for our poetry recital on Friday.
Just a wee note to say Merry Christmas to everyone. We have enjoyed all of our Christmas activities at school. Have a wonderful time over the holidays and we will see you in 2008!
